Does photographing birds help with anxiety

As a wildlife photographer, I have had the privilege of observing and capturing the beauty of birds in their natural habitats for 4 years now. But, as I’ve grown more passionate about bird watching, I’ve come to realize that it offers more than just visual pleasure. In fact, I believe that birds can have a positive impact on individuals who struggle with anxiety (me being one of them). Birds have help massively with my anxiety.
